Kent and Patti Theriot, the builders and owners, have lived in Mandeville, Louisiana for 20 years. He attended Delgado Community College, University of New Orleans and Louisiana State University. While living in New Orleans, Kent worked for Beau Chene for 12 years before beginning KET Construction. While working on the northshore, Kent and Patti fell in love with the area and decided to move their family to the northshore.
